U.S. health officials identified contaminated lettuce imported from a Mexican facility operated by Taylor Farms, an American-based produce supplier, as the source of a cyclosporiasis outbreak. The parasitic infection causes severe diarrhea. Health authorities have issued a recall of the affected product.
