Gen Z outpacing millennials at owning a home in their 20s
Despite a historically unaffordable housing market, more Gen Zers in their 20s are managing to buy a home — and outpacing millennials when they were that age. Compared to millennials, Gen Z homebuyers last year were less likely to have student loan debt — or to get help from their parents, according to the National Association of Realtors.
